The Chairperson/Co-Chairperson will provide a long-term vision, leadership, motivate and foster team spirit and effective communication among members

Roles of EXCO Committee Members
- Attend meetings regularly and give constructive ideas and feedback.
- Participate actively in PSG activities
- Hold office for at least a two(2) year term and to ensure continuity with a succession plan
- Be a pillar to the PSG Group
- Set out the Work Plan for the year in consultation with Principal and Vice-Principal
- Recruit new members for PSG
PSG members who actively participate in activities and demonstrate passion, commitment, initiative and show leadership qualities may be invited by the school and/or committee to join the EXCO.
Meetings
- Monthly Meetings - For EXCO Members / Principal and/or Vice-Principal
- Fortnightly Meetings - For Active Members / Principal and/or Vice-Principal / Sub-Committee Heads / Active Ordinary Members
- Ad Hoc Meetings - Sub-Committee "Heads" or "Lead" to determine
